"Very clean and organize and I was not expecting that breakfast was included, but the manager from Moroco (The Gentleman- sorry I didn’t get his name ) explained us during the check in that we have bf included, it’s surprises us . And bf was quit good and again nice service by the Manager with smiles that please us the most .it was worth for money . If there will be dinner option available then that will be great . We are very happy with our stay .. Room is very well organized with the amenity and online check save our time to spend on reception 👍 I will suggest to provide some drop and pick to main city to visit will bring more guest to the hotel .. we will Love 💕 to stay in future. We love the hotel 🏨 😘"

"I stayed with my husband and my nearly 2-year old daughter. In our time in Malta, this was our most enjoyable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. I unfortunately forgot to mention that we needed a travel cot and only the front of house was left by the time we arrived but he kindly set up the travel cot for us. We were extremely grateful as we know he went above and beyond to action it. The staff played, welcomed accommodated my daughter with open arms especially at breakfast. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the staff kindly made a small portion of porridge for my daughter. The location is perfect as it is central to all key areas to explore and the hotel offers parking, too. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here."

"Love this hotel. View spectacular. The oldest part of the hotel needs a little tlc especially the plumbing (shower pressure not good). Not for people with mobility problems as it’s a steep walk up to the hotel and buses to/from. However taxis/uber/bolt cars readily available But it remains our favourite hotel in Gozo. "

"Even amidst a busy street, the hotel room was quiet. The balcony faced the sea, a lovely place to sit and enjoy the harbor. The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was delicious. The staff was welcoming, gracious and helpful. The only criticism is that the signage is lacking at street level. It was difficult to find the hotel. The parking is a bit inconvenient, but not terrible."

"This day was not what we expected at all. First and foremost when looking at the advert for this day, it states a one bedroom one bath duplex. When you click on pictures, it talks about having a private pool, private bathroom and entrance in a space, alter yourself. When I went through the booking and looked at the room available it insured me that I was booking for a one bit one bath private duplex. When I got to the space, it was actually one room and a private duplex with a bathroom that was unattached to the room. Meaning it was in the hallway filled with other rooms. Apparently our bathroom was private and it didn’t have a key, but I don’t really know if it was really as private as it said. I’m going to try to get a refund for this day as well. Talking to Alex the man who operated the site was very difficult as he refused to let me talk and every time I would open my mouth, ask a question or to speak about what I saw. He told me it was my fault for misinterpreting the advert. Not one City actually fully let me talk even after I asked him to please let me talk. he still continue to interrupt and be disrespectful. "
