Nice hotel spoilt by the sheer noise of all the party revellers who are using the place as a crash pad

Very clean. Front reception guy we had checking us in was not very welcoming at all. We had a room without a balcony, which was not the best. It was very quiet though.

The hotel is a few streets back from the main Qawra tourist areas. The Reception area was quite dark. On approaching the hotel there's no signage to indicate where the reception desk is (on you left behind you as you walk in) I mentioned it being dark and they put a few lights on but it was still gloomy. The hotel needs modernising. It doesn't look like much has changed since it was built The room was clean the bed comfortable. There wasn't any bottled water in the room, most 4 star hotels in Malta give you a free bottle of still water. The supplied toiletries on the room were a decent quality. The toilet was so close to the wall, bigger people need to sit to the side. There were 2 unidentified red stains on the bed. Didn't look like blood. Despite our room being close to the lifts we didn't hear noise. maybe a little bit from the street outside. The indoor and outdoor pools looked ok if a little bit small. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Coffee and Scrambled eggs were great, but everything else was bad. I'd suggest going room only and going out for breakfast. There is a lack of signage. no sign pointing to reception, the indoor pool, the bar or the dining area. £85 for 1 night in late September 2026 isn't too bad for a 4 star hotel in Malta. I don't think you'd be disappointed, but there are better places to stay

Excellent value for money, for a quiet and peaceful short stay in Gozo. The staff went above and beyond, and were very friendly. Room service at no extra charge was great quality and brilliant value for money. Breakfast was good. The pool was beautiful and we had it to ourselves for the majority of the time! Delicious coffee. Short Bolt rides into Victoria were about €7, very convenient. Beautiful peaceful quiet view over the fields, with a gorgeous sunset. However, with being out in the countryside comes a certain farmyard smell... and a lot of flies that can't be helped. One thing that could be improved is the design of the bathroom, there is very limited shelving / areas to store toiletries. This could be easily improved imo!

A fantastic boutique hotel. Great location and excellent service- cannot fault it in any way.
