Exceptional all the way. This is a terrific hotel with beautiful new and modern rooms, attentive staff and exceptional facilities. No wonder it gets such a high rating from others. Food is also terrific, as is the service that comes with it. You definitely get what you pay for! It’s a treat. Looking forward to returning.

Great hotel choice in El Gouna. Beach front rooms are nice, good facilities and reasonable prices. The beach is good and so are the pools. Service is very good, they are very attentive and have small gestures such as cleaning sunglasses and settings towels for you. The town is a short stroll away and offers a good choice of restaurants and bars.

The hotel setting is amazing, snorkelling and diving are within walking distance The restaurants nearby open on specific days only Beach staff are very helpful,water bottles are in abundance to no need to worry

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay as a solo traveller. The service was top notch, everyone was all very kind and accommodating. (From asking for breakfast boxes to late checkout — all my requests were met). The morning yoga included in the itinerary was such a bonus treat to my stay. We have just returned home after a fabulous stay at the Steigenberger Nile Palace and I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. It has recently undergone a renovation which has given the Steigenberger a real 5* rating. The rooms are great and the staff make any stay a fantastic experience. Too many names to mention them all but special thanks to Ahmed, Ashraf, Osama, Aly, Hasan and last but not least Amina, who has made sure that next years trip will be better than ever. For those I have missed...

We had a lovely warm welcome, were upgraded to a Junior Suite due to a few problems we encountered however Mr Sayed fixed this within a matter of moments. The staff are amazing, the restaurants are fabulous (we particularly enjoyed the Turkish and the Indian restaurant)... All the pool areas are just awesome. We absolutely loved it and would def go back in an instant. We took a walk around to the nearby hotel complexes and they were horrible, nothing like the well maintained Rixos....

Everything is very beautiful, the hotel is wonderful, only there is a problem with, the children's policy in the hotel asks for a lot of money for an additional child, between 150 and 200 dollars per night, this is very much, especially it does not provide additional services for the child or a bed, for this reason we cannot return to this in the hotel. But everything was wonderful from all the crew.

Excellent hotel for adults, nice beach and the variety of food is very good. The rooms in the new building are fantastic also. Special thanks to Omar and Hassan in the reception desk, and Mahmoud Abdel-Aziz and Abdou in the Italian restaurant Basilico.
