A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. My best friend and I booked a night away on a whim. We needed somewhere inexpensive that took dogs, and the Jubilee was the best option. The greeting we received was so lovely and welcoming, Freddie the spaniel was treated like the royalty he thinks he is! We were able to check in early and got a great parking space, which was brilliant. A lovely stay at The Three Lions, staff were friendly and helpful, food was amazing and the hot tub was so relaxing and private. We will be returning to The Three Lions again for sure, but next time for longer than just a night.

Beautiful Edwardian building in its own grounds,with views of bay and town.wonderful lounge full of sofas and easy chairs or there's the sun lounge over looking the garden to the sea.

Excellent hotel, the service in all the areas of the hotel was great from the dining room staff to the bar and therapists in the spa and on reception. The hotel it’s self was lovely, the guest experience was really thought through at every stage, as there were so many little touches throughout that really made your stay more comfortable and special. The hotel and grounds were maintained to a really high standard. Overall an excellent hotel and we look forward to returning!

Stayed in room 6, had great sea views, hotel staff very friendly, room & bathroom really clean, soft bed, lovely cooked breakfast with plenty of choice, would definately stay again.

We arrived on the Friday afternoon, they let us check in at 2.30pm even though check in isn't until 3pm as our room was ready! The room was great, very clean and we brought our dog with us, they even provided a dog bowl and food mat for him- which we where very impressed with.. the whole weekend was just suburb, all the staff where great and nothing was to much trouble, they even let us have breakfast in the lounge area so that our dog could sit with us. We would defiantly go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel this week. Rooms were amazing and the staff were all very cheery. Only criticisium would be with the food. Meals were gorgeous and very well presented but the bar snacks were deceiving and too "fine dining". I wanted proper nachos not some grilled flat bread. Overall amazing place to stay.

Hotel was very nice staff polite down side of my stay was you have to pay £10 for parking and another £15 each to use the spa downstairs

Lovely staff, very helpful. Small bathroom but it’s a bathroom and served it purpose. Although shower screen would have been more preferred than a shower curtain. Very hot weekend so AC was a godsend.
