"The hotel offers a convenient location within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were consistently friendly and respectful, which made the stay very pleasant. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast — it felt too simple and lacked variety, leaving limited options to choose from."

What a lovely hotel in a great location. All the sights are within minutes to walk. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around the hotel. Would definitely stay again. The only negative was being charged a destination fee on checking out. What is a destination fee and why?

The customer service provided in this hotel was second to none. We were collected from the airport and returned to the bus depost free of charge. They also provided a taxi service to the town centre and back for just over £1.00 each way. Before we arrived they were extremely helpful and arranged trips and taxis for us at more competitive rates that we could attain ourselves. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable and while the bathroom was small it was quite adequate. The breakfast was...

Excellent hotel. Clean & spacious. Lovely shower. Happy to keep our luggage safe whilst we were up Machu Pichu.
Very nice breakfast with proper coffee & fresh juice.

Highly recommend staying here. The staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to help us and give us local insights too. The hotel restaurant was excellent and we had a discount for staying there. Stayed two nights which was ideal for arriving the night before our visit to Machu Piccu and the next day we could enjoy Aguas Calientes too. The room was comfortable with lovely Peruvian touches. Our room did not face the street so we had no noise (buses and trains start very early in this...

When I checked in, they tried putting me in a room on the top floor that smelled of damp and contained 2 single beds… very much not the room I’d booked, which had one double bed. They moved me immediately after I complained. The correct room was large but cold. The layout of the dining area is very cute. One morning at 4:30 when my transport didn’t show up for an excursion, the overnight receptionist really looked out for me and called me a taxi.

Everything with Centenario Inn was wonderful, you get exactly what you pay for. Big and comfortable bed, sufficient breakfast. Water pressure and water in general was a small issue, but only late at night.

I opted this place to stay over Hilton because I wanted to meet people and live close to the Plaza. My expectation were all met and I had a very pleasant stay.
The staff is wonderful, they all went an extra mile to meet my expectations.
I arranged all my trips in and around Cusco via the staff and wasn't disappointed at all, including Machu Picchu (it turned out a lot cheaper then I could find anywhere else).
The morning breakfast was very nice and the chef was very helpful.

Very pleasant, well maintained place to stay. We were allowed to check in an hour early and when we expressed dissatisfaction with the assigned room which had no window they moved us elsewhere immediately. We were provided with a decent packed lunch as we had to leave early to join the Machu Picchu queue.
Only gripe a bathroom sink with only cold water tap.

Clean and tidy, no frills hotel in the centre of Agua Calientes, geared up for Machu Picchu tourists by having a very early breakfast and letting us leave luggage for the day.

Lovely hotel, and friendly staff. Was a language barrier but nothing Google translate couldn't help with. We could store luggage there when we did inca trail which was a massive help.
