Comfortable bed with a great view of the river and mountains. The jacuzzi bath was a nice touch after a day of travelling.
Good shower and spacious room.
Breakfast room has a wonderful view also- buffet is fine, good choice, nothing spectacular. Hotel is well located for train station and for catching the bus to Machu Picchu.
However, wear ear plugs if you don’t want to be woken up at 5am when breakfast starts. The commotion of this starting and shortly after the cleaning of some rooms ( very loud at 6am right outside our door) meant a disturbed and shortened night sleep unfortunately.
The overall welcome and check in/out was all a bit impersonal and felt a bit odd. Not even a “how was your stay”, which seemed strange.
