Amazing! The location is incredible! It was a stressful time to travel (Covid-19) but we had a wonderful stay at the Belmond Sanctuary Lodge. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are not fancy but clean and comfortable. The food is good too!
This hotel was amazing. Made our stay in Aguas Calientas perfect. The room and staff were great. Wish I has more than 2 days here.
Perfect stop on way to MachuPicchu. Walk to restaurants, shops, market and train. Clean rooms, accommodating and helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet.
Great and very friendly staff who will answer all of your questions. Don't forget the free pisco sour and ceviche class!!!
We had a great stay. The room was comfortable & quiet. The food was good. We enjoyed everything except one small thing. The bathroom drains smelled. Keeping the bathroom door closed took care of this.
