"A hotel employee met us at the train and assisted us to the hotel. Check in was smooth and our room was clean and spacious. We had a view of the river and mountains. "The front desk staff were excellent and helpful, and they connected us to a great guide who helped us with getting tickets to Machu Picchu, getting on bus, etc. Wonderful balcony right on the river, room was basic but all we needed."

"When I arrived to Machu Picchu they told me I could not ck in because they had problem with the water system. They had found me a different hotel to stay in which I accepted because I had no other option. This place did not meet my expectations. Do not reserve this place."
