The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The floor however hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Check in was a bit slow but check out was quick and the bellhop was very helpful getting our luggage out to the car. Complimentary breakfast was good and the lobby always had hot tea and coffee available.

I would recommend this place to anyone... the ambiance is gorgeous, the rooms are lovely, the staff is phenomenal and the location is perfect for being in the center of the historical district.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage and we were able to check in early. The front desk attendant gave us great information and helped us make tea to help with the altitude acclimation, as well as informing us on the benefits of each kind of tea. The breakfast was also made fresh every morning. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved the property, they had tea 24/7 in the lobby, the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful....breakfast was wonderful!!!

"This was an ok Hotel. Morning Breakfasts was great. The server was very helpful. The hotel is on the top of the hill in Aguas Calientes. If you are just adjusting to heights when you get there you going to feel it. Once you are there you will think twice to go down again. LOL. The room was ok, only ..."

"The hotel is located in good place. Nice view from yhe balcony. But the room is rlatively basic , Breakfast could be better. Hotel tariff is too high comparing what you get. In breskfast has limited variaty , no hlass for cold drinks. In duch tartif I would expect much higher food options."
