"Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. "Our entire stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. We truly enjoyed exploring the beautiful town of Ollantaytambo, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our visit. The property was peaceful and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the town after a busy day of exploring. Leo was especially wonderful and made us feel incredibly welcomed throughout our stay. He was kind, attentive, and always happy to answer our many questions, which made our experience feel even more comfortable and personal. We also really appreciated how accommodating everyone was to our large family. Traveling as a bigger group can sometimes be challenging, but they made the entire experience easy and enjoyable for us. We loved our time here and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Ollantaytambo. If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay while experiencing the charm of this beautiful town, this is a wonderful choice. We are very grateful for the hospitality we received and would happily stay here again!"
