The staff were very helpful, from check-in to adjusting our meal reservation and booking a car service. They always tried their best to meet their customers’ needs. The room was clean, and the entire hotel is like a beautiful garden, which makes you feel very relaxed. Breakfast was good and started at 5 a.m., which worked well if trying ti catch an early train at Ollantaytambo. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Nice gem in the middle of sacred valley, we stayed at the luxury suite, and they were quite nice for the location and price. Excellent value for money. The hotel is quite isolated from the city and there is pretty much nothing to do around the area. Breakfast was boring, no quality food options and the taste was bland
