The hotel is beautuful with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very nice with fresh juices and fruit. It was very quiet during the night. The location was great, 5-10 minutes walk to san pedro market, St Francis square and market and the main square. I couldn't fault this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Cusco

What a lovely hotel in a great location. All the sights are within minutes to walk. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around the hotel. Would definitely stay again. The only negative was being charged a destination fee on checking out. What is a destination fee and why?

Good breakfast and great hotel in Cusco.

This hotel is everything I could’ve ever asked for during my stay in Cusco! It’s a super great location, awesome and friendly staff, good selection for breakfast, and impeccable rooms with great character. Travelling on my own I felt so safe and got great help in arranging for airport transfers and other services during my two separate stays (I came back towards the end of my trip as I was so pleased the first time!). Totally recommend!

Our room was fabulous and spacious. We were greeted upon arrival every time we returned to the hotel. Breakfast was everything you could ask for and views that only added to the experience. We were able to walk everywhere although it was pretty hilly!!!

At every central area , clean and friendly staff

Clean rooms, attentive and responsive staff members. Breakfast had a wide variety of selections. Bar experience was excellent. A personalized touch from the check in to check out. The hotel not only stores our luggage but also placed it back in our room on checking in again. Packed breakfast was given on the day of the hike. In particular we would like to thank Gustavo for his friendly & warm hospitality. Jose at the bar was great.

We stayed 3 times in this hotel and had a lovely experience. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is great. Rooms are simple but comfortable and quiet. Location in San Blas is perfect.

The customer service provided in this hotel was second to none. We were collected from the airport and returned to the bus depost free of charge. They also provided a taxi service to the town centre and back for just over £1.00 each way. Before we arrived they were extremely helpful and arranged trips and taxis for us at more competitive rates that we could attain ourselves. I stayed here on my way to Machu Picchu and again on my way back to Lima. The reception staff were pleasant, courteous and professional. The concierge helped me locate a shop, in Cusco, selling football (soccer) shirts. The luggage that I left for storage while I was at Machu Picchu was already waiting for me in my room when I returned.

The property is well located to the main Central points of view, the building it self is well maintained but could be better, as we have strained in around floor am 209 and during the shower time the wanter was leaking between the doors... Breakfast was average.Reception women staff was really helpful and caring ,always asking about the breakfast time wanted and if required a snak box for when going to the trips, also helpful with the taxi service to the airport and the required payment needed....
