This hotel is a compete ripoff. I booked this hotel for a friend. When I went with them to check in, they said they did not get my reservation in time so the hotel was already fully booked. They instead sent us to another hotel around the corner which smelled like a sewer and was uninhabitable, not to mention the size of a shoe box and almost impossible to walk around the room. I went back to the hotel and gave them the key and requested a refund which they said was impossible. I requested the front desk person to call Expedia so I could talk to them and she refused. She also refused to provide her name and was very nasty. Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht leider nur sehr wenig Englisch. Ein Problem mit dem auf dem Zimmer befindlichen (nicht funktionierenden) Safe war, aufgrund der Sprachbarriere, leider nicht zu klären. Allerdings ist unser Zimmer sehr günstig. Wasn't treated very well by staff Very nice hotel in a great location. I planned to stay here after completing the Salkantay trek, and arrived exhausted, smelly and dirty after four days of hiking only to be told that, despite having a reservation, they had given all the rooms away. I was left to figure something else out in the middle of the night in Cusco.
