This hotel is a compete ripoff. I booked this hotel for a friend. When I went with them to check in, they said they did not get my reservation in time so the hotel was already fully booked. They instead sent us to another hotel around the corner which smelled like a sewer and was uninhabitable, not to mention the size of a shoe box and almost impossible to walk around the room. I went back to the hotel and gave them the key and requested a refund which they said was impossible. I requested the front desk person to call Expedia so I could talk to them and she refused. She also refused to provide her name and was very nasty.
