Wonderful service and very helpful staff. Beautiful setting.

What a lovely hotel in a great location. All the sights are within minutes to walk. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around the hotel. Would definitely stay again. The only negative was being charged a destination fee on checking out. What is a destination fee and why?

We stayed 3 times in this hotel and had a lovely experience. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is great. Rooms are simple but comfortable and quiet. Location in San Blas is perfect.

The customer service provided in this hotel was second to none. We were collected from the airport and returned to the bus depost free of charge. They also provided a taxi service to the town centre and back for just over £1.00 each way. Before we arrived they were extremely helpful and arranged trips and taxis for us at more competitive rates that we could attain ourselves. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable and while the bathroom was small it was quite adequate. The breakfast was...

New clean, comfortable stay. 20 minutes walk to square.

I opted this place to stay over Hilton because I wanted to meet people and live close to the Plaza. My expectation were all met and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff is wonderful, they all went an extra mile to meet my expectations. I arranged all my trips in and around Cusco via the staff and wasn't disappointed at all, including Machu Picchu (it turned out a lot cheaper then I could find anywhere else). The morning breakfast was very nice and the chef was very helpful. I can...

Tolles Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal!!! Unser Highlight war der süße Hund an der Rezeption:)

When I checked in, they tried putting me in a room on the top floor that smelled of damp and contained 2 single beds… very much not the room I’d booked, which had one double bed. They moved me immediately after I complained. The correct room was large but cold. The layout of the dining area is very cute. One morning at 4:30 when my transport didn’t show up for an excursion, the overnight receptionist really looked out for me and called me a taxi.

Everything with Centenario Inn was wonderful, you get exactly what you pay for. Big and comfortable bed, sufficient breakfast. Water pressure and water in general was a small issue, but only late at night.

Lovely hotel, and friendly staff. Was a language barrier but nothing Google translate couldn't help with. We could store luggage there when we did inca trail which was a massive help.

Great hotel and friendly welcome! Cosy rooms, hot shower, brill location for the markets and historic centre. Edwar speaks excellent English.

A friendly hotel a short taxi from the main Plaza. Double beds are standard double so be aware it may be smaller than you're used to.

I was really ill in Cusco I needed comfort and a good price, this hotel was perfect it was cosy and there was a heater, breakfast was nice and staff are lovely. I am a backpacker so I mix hostels with hotels, this was just the home comfort I needed.
