"Perfect stay for late flight arrivals. It’s 5 min from the airport, there was a shuttle to bring us at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean. It was easy for us to hit the road the next day. "

"Very disappointing. Rooms need a lot of work. A/C broke. Toilet broke twice. Elevator broken. Ceiling fan on high only and made horrible noise. Towel rack dangling out of wall. Asked for it to be repaired which is a 5 minute project. Never done. Staff mostly nice but not always helpful"

"We went for our honeymoon and it was stunning from the moment we arrived! I kept looking for the White Lotus film crew because the property, room, and staff were top notch and we felt like we were in a WL episode. Surreal views, flora, fauna, service and the room with our own private pool remains undefeated! We stayed in a Chato Suite and it was unbelievable. We were welcomed with a personalized sign on the door, welcome drinks, a welcome dessert plate, and a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. Service was impeccable, including knowing when we had stepped out and placed a surprise good night dessert in our room on our last night. Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality and friendliness. Pura vida! 100/10."
