(1,004 reviews) We liked the hotel and the room we got. The premium upgrade is a must,We loved the bar tender at the premium lounge, Yenileisi, she is awesome. For the room service of the minibar You just need to call almost every day to get water bottles and coffee. The hotel areas are really nice developed. Watch for raccoons though. They want to sneak in your room. The beach is great. You can kayak or have a wonderful relaxing massage from Rosa. The only disappointment is the food. The specialty restaurants have good meat but the chefs don’t know how to cook it properly.. we could get a decent meal at the Oriental restaurant. But the Grill and Italian need more training of the chefs. All in all it was a great stay and we will come back.
