There are no loungers,umbrella rentals or public restrooms on Potrero Beach so being at the hotel you have all of that. The water there is calm, great for swimming. Similar to many places in Costa Rica there were some plumbing issues, plugged toilet and plugged shower drain but maintenance fixed it right away and we were fine for the rest of the stay. It is clean, the buffet breakfast is good. You can order an omelette in addition to what is set out. Food is very expensive in Costa Rica so we filled up at breakfast then didn’t eat until supper. I would definitely return.
