"This was our second visit to this dream-like property. It was even better this time around. It's clean, gorgeous, luxurious, and private. The staff is kind and warm, and willing to help in any way. Most importantly, it's at the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica. We could stand in the infinity pool all day (and we did some days!) and stare at the scene... from the putting green-like grass, to the clean sand, to the swaying palm trees, to the deep blue of the Pacific. Truly amazing. We hope to return! A few notes:It's the end unit, near the small outdoor spa and beach equipment area, so you'll be near some workers coming and going. But they're all quiet and respectful, and it's barely noticeable. It's also just adjacent to the workout room, which I've never seen anyone use. So that's almost like having your own spa area in the unit itself.Mornings at the pool can be noisy with yard equipment running; so think about doing the pool in the afternoon more often than morning. But it's worth it given the stunning beauty of the landscaping that is immaculately maintained. I do wonder why they don't switch to battery-powered mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc. (quieter, and better for the environment).We were there mid-September, which I'm told is "off season" because it's the rainy season. But we had beautiful, sunny and warm weather most days; and it's quite empty on the beach so it's really an ideal time to be there.P.S. "Rambo" the cat was our daily visitor!"

Villa was clean and the the ladies did an incredible job of keeping everything clean and even doing our laundry which made it easy to pack light. Access to the beach is a bit of a steep climb but well worth the effort. One of the best locations we've ever stayed at in Central America and we will definitely be back soon.."

"Absolutely AMAZING! The home is spectacular - everything promised and more! The host and staff were so helpful and accommodating -- from ensuring the home was ready for us when we arrived, helping with groceries, wine selections, and recommending places to go, restaurants to visit, connecting us to amazing tour guides -- all of which made our visit extra special. It was one of the most relaxing, amazing vacations and the extra touches, care and attention to detail by the host was the difference!!! The home is so beautiful, private, gorgeous views from the pool, hot tub, rooms and outdoor dining area. It’s so close to the beaches and local restaurants which provided the opportunity to experience the local culture. Everyone was so friendly and nice. Highly recommend -- our family will be back -- we can't think of another home we would want to stay in when we visit Costa Rica!. Thank you Max for being such a great host!!!"

"Our family and friends all stayed at this beautiful home for a week. The house comfortably housed 13 adults in 7 bedrooms. The beds were all very comfortable and each bedroom had its own bath, which suited our needs perfectly. The house staff were wonderful during our stay, ensuring we got breakfast each morning and keeping the common areas and bedrooms clean during the entire stay. Location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to the shops of Playa Flamingo. Would definitely recommend!"
