The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa

The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa

8/10 Good
"The room itself was clean. The activities could use some work wish there were more shows or something extra to do at night. I felt that they could do a better job cleaning and property itself wasn't lush or feel very lux plants mostly dry and underwatered. It was very nice seeing monkeys nearby and the iguanas made one feel like we were in Costa Rica all great entertainment for my children. Food was meh I struggled to find something that felt like a treat. Dessert wasn't very inventive of particularly anything but bland. Food could have been better for certain. The staff was so attentive and generally quite kind.. I don't drink much so I can't speak about the alcohol but seems like it was plentiful the beach was a delight except for the vendors harassing you a bit the beach and water itself was refreshing"

"The hotel is beautiful. It has the most beautiful views. The staff was very professional. Three of them , Franklin, Glen and Carlos very very professional and helpful. My only complaint is that by the time I did the reservation , the two restaurants were working , but when we get there the Pampas was closed so that’s not fear. In my opinion The hotel must inform us about this. ."
