"It is inside the airport. Very convenient if you just need a few hours rest or even spend a couple of nights as you have the metro and MAGLEV stations there, so it is very easy to reach the city and enjoy. "

The one area where there is room for improvement is the front desk. A warmer, more welcoming attitude from reception staff would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience. For Western travelers in particular, having at least some English-speaking agents available would be a significant plus — on a few occasions, communication proved quite challenging. Overall, a solid choice with great fundamentals. We would return, and hope to see those small improvements on our next visit."
