I love the location, and the cleaning staff are excellent. The front desk staff go above and beyond to help. The airport pickup by the hotel for 300 yuan is crazily expensive. An average of 80-130 yuan is ideal. The breakfast is very good, and the manager was very attentive to guest complaints. The room is not clean and stains on the bedsheets. The TV does not work even restarted multiple times. The air condition temperature meter is broken. It gets really cold as it never turns down the fan speed automatically. It gets quite loud outside at night because the insulation is poor. Sound isolation is poor as we heard the entire conversation with a mom yelling at their kid at night for an hour.
