Hotel clean, nice design, big room. No coffee in the room, had to ask several times

The front desk staff we talked to knew very little English and when spoken to in Chinese, were not very helpful and generally confused when we asked for restaurant recommendations. This is a great hotel in the business district of Zhengzhou. If you are ever traveling to Zhengzhou this will never disappoint. With over 50 stories of room with a great view of the city from their grill. It had great food for all meals.

Restaurant staff in particular deserve a medal for their service and attentiveness

Location is do so bad, one hour from train station, 1.4 hour from another train station, only one bus line take you out, taxi is hard to find, need to pay extra to reserve a taxi.

It’s a good place to stay. Subway system and public bus station are within walking distance. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet industrial area. One thing to be mentioned is the concierge department, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good central hotel to stay for the business traveler, close to shopping malls and losts of restaurants
