Away from the city centre, but room was quiet, well appointed (including an iMac on the desk), soft bed and clean enough to pass for new. Good breakfast, in a clean bright environment. Staff were caring (offering water on a hot day) and very helpful - including a list of recommended eateries locally in the suburbs. Would use again.

A beautiful hotel, clean, modern and with great facilities. We ate in the casual dining restaurant and were very impressed with the quality of the food, the service and the portion size! An ideal place to stay for visiting the Niagara area

I arrived exhausted after a long journey from Scotland and the staff were very helpful on arrival and also helped me to transfer to a domestic airport for a further flight. There was a good selection at breakfast and the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend

Duty Manager (Kerry?) was super helpful and friendly. Fixed our broke toilet handle with ease and promptly. Room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

Lovely clean hotel and comfortable beds

Great hotel located in a very central location. Has underground parking which is a bonus. The hotel rooms are a little dated but this doesn’t affect the quality of the stay, and they were in the midst of some renovations when we stayed between the summer and winter busy periods. The beds are very spacious and comfortable, and the rooms are well-equipped. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and attentive. It was excellent. The property is brand-new feeling, very clean, and well maintained throughout. The location is ideal: steps away from the Dix30 shopping and dining village, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within easy walking distance. By car, downtown Montreal is only about 15–20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for both business and leisure. Staff were friendly and efficient, rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the overall experience was top-notch. Highly recommended.

Excellent breakfast, pool can get a little crowded, rooms large, beds very comfortable, friendly staff. We will return.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Pan Pacific Vancouver and only wish we’d had longer to enjoy the hotel! We arrived a little early at around 3pm, so our room wasn’t quite ready yet as check-in was from 4pm. When we returned later that evening, we were absolutely delighted to find that we’d been upgraded to a stunning harbour view room.
