The most amazing hotel - every detail was superb. The staff at the hotel are so helpful and Grace ensures your every need is catered for. Would definitely recommend - we only stayed one night and wished it could've been longer.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and it was beautiful! They couldn't do enough for you and all the staff treated us like royalty. Shuttle/private car to Ubud centre was really handy. Experience team made such an effort to make our honeymoon special with little extras to make it special Pool was a little chilly but that Is the only thing I can think of that wasn't perfect!

The most spectacular place and so quiet even though be the hub of things. Gorgeous rice fields to look at while at the infinity pool. Happy friendly staff. Gorgeous room although could do with a few hooks for towels around the sink. amazing seven flower Balinese bath in my room organised at the spa where I also had an amazing facial. Loved every minute and will definitely be back again. Yoga barn right next door an extra bonus!

A little oasis in Northern Ubud. Just a few rooms set amongst stunning rice paddies and views across the countryside. The room was well maintained and we enjoyed the terrace sitting area, watching the rice harvest take place in front of us. We only stayed one night, but would return for longer next time!

Fantastic stay! Definitely coming back! The staff were excellent and really helpful. We enjoyed the peacefulness and quietness of the place and it made us fully immerse ourselves in relaxation. If you have a chance, do the village walk with Nuh (amazing experience) and painting class with Dewa (you create your own souvenirs to take back home!).

Such a great experience we had , the staff was so nice and the service personalised. The room view is just astonishing. Definitely one of the best hotel experience I ever had .

10/10 Service. Thank you to the lovely people who work at this hotel. I had heat stroke and had to be taken to hospital by the staff, they stuck with me for hours in the dead of night at the hospital while I received treatment, and then took me back to the hotel. They went above and beyond at every step of the way to look after me. I cannot be thankful enough.

A very special hotel. Spacious, clean and very comfortable luxury rooms. The staff really are exceptional - warm, friendly, attentive but discreet. Wonderful - I can't recommend highly enough.

Amazing, waking up to the rainforest each morning with breakfast on our balcony was the highlight of our holiday. Peaceful perfection! If I didn't live so far away I would be coming back on a yearly basis. This hotel was hands down the best out of our trip, but was the cheapest and lowest stars! Couldn't fault a thing.

I just came back from my holiday at Element by Westin Bali Ubud. Lovely and wonderful experience! The check in process at the hotel was quick and simple. Don’t think about booking, just book it. It’s without doubt the best 3star accommodation I’ve been to. We travelled with our 15yo and a week wasn’t long enough. From the initial first greeting upon arrival to our final farewell, the entire staff are an absolute dream. The Lokha is a beautiful hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the staff made me feel at home and at ease.
