With 3 children an awesome place to have holiday!!! ##### 🌹Rose Stayed 3 nights in Jan 2019 ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller 18 Jan 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort Nice room close to beach great facilities and easy access ##### Verified traveller Stayed 2 nights in Jan 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Azusa 28 Dec 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Too wonderful hotel!! 凄く素敵なホテルで、門を通り抜けるととても綺麗ながらバリらしさも忘れていないどこか懐かしさを感じる広々としたロビーでウェルカムドリンクを出して頂いてチェックイン。 深夜の到着にも関わらずとても素敵な笑顔でスタッフの皆さんが出迎えてくれて、英語すらほとんど分からない私にとても丁寧に根気強く色々説明してくれました。 荷物もカーゴがあるのですが、すごく重い荷物も任せて！と言って乗せてくれるし、私がフロントでチェックインがスムーズでなく話している間もずっと見える位置で待ってくれていました。 そしてすぐに敷地中央にあるスタイリッシュなデザインのプールの横を通り、お部屋まで案内して頂いたのですが、そのスタッフさんは優しく笑顔を絶やさない方で、皆さん営業ではない心からの笑顔で大丈夫？不自由は無い？分からなければいつでも呼んでねと仰ってくれました。 部屋は広いダブルベッドに、収納スペースは沢山ありますので長期滞在にも凄くおススメです！金額的には入り口の門の所に警備員さんは絶対に居ますし、セキュリティもしっかりしているのに安いからどこか不自由があっても仕方がないという気持ちで行きましたが、それはとても失礼な話で、深夜に熱すぎるくらいのお湯が出るのでシャワーのみですがバリでは水自体、お湯自体が出ない所も多いですし冷え性なので安定して高温のお湯が出るのはとても助かりました。 湯船に浸からなくてもシャワーだけで身体が芯から温まりました。 お部屋の前にはプールの方を向いてテーブルとシングルのソファが２つ設置されており、小さい子を含め皆がプールではしゃいでいる声や音を心地よく聞きながら、灰皿も完備いたので空き時間に煙草を吸っていましたが、今回は用事があって難しかったですが次に行く時は是非その環境で読書をしたいと思いました。恐らくホテルの飼い猫ちゃんが膝に乗って来て甘えてくれてとても可愛かったです！ 海側にレストランがあり、その横を降りるとすぐ海岸です。その海岸から早朝からイルカが見られるツアーがかなり安くであるらしく、予約もいらず行けば良いとの事だったので心惹かれましたが起きれなかったのでまた次回チャレンジしてみたいと思います。 日本語を話せるスタッフは恐らくほとんど居ませんし、不安かもしれませんが、特にここのホテルの方は親切で丁寧ですし、全員の方が英語はきちんとお話されるので、不安でも翻訳アプリや指さし会話帳などを持って行けば万全だと思います。何か言おうとするときちんとこちらの言いたい事を頑張って聞こうとしてくれます。マッサージも安くてお上手ですし、皆さんとても優しくてフレンドリーです。このサービスでこの金額はとても安過ぎてびっくりしています。 唯一の難点は空港から遠い所ですが、ほぼ車しか移動手段がありませんので、酔いやすい人は通り道にウブドがありますので、到着してから昼間ならウブドに寄って一旦休憩してホテルに向かうなり、夜間なら、クタやレギャン辺りでマッサージを受けて移動中は寝ながら向かうなんていうのも良いかと思います。近くのpetitというスーパーは23時までやっていますのでココナッツやマンゴー、マンゴスチン等がかなり良心的な値段で売っていますし、シャンプーコンディョナー等も持って行かなくても現地で格安で手に入ります。ホテルの方も無料で自転車かバイク（？）をレンタルして下さいますし、困った事があれば英語が出来なくてもお部屋に飛んできてくれて、何でも至れりつくせりでお姫様気分です。絶景の海を目の前に是非お勧めのホテルです！ ##### Azusa Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### Günter, Ebersberg 23 Oct 2018 Liked: Staff & service Bad ist dringenst zum sanieren. Fin pool, god restaurant med udsigt over havet. Delfinturen bestilte vi på stranden foran hotellet. Uden at skulle handle for meget om prisen, fik vi en båd til vores familie på 4 til 350.000 rp (ca. 175 kr) Man kunne opgradere til at snorkle på delfinturen også, dette valgte vi fra, men svømmede ud til revet fra hotellet. Så en havskildpadde og en masse flotte fisk. Lovina er en kedelig lille by, men der ligger et billigt supermarked tæt på hotellet (gå ad stranden) og det var et godt sted at få pulsen ned. Vi boede der 4 nætter. Brugte en dag på en snorkeltur til Menjangan Island. Igen få priser på stranden og i byen. Det er billigere. Kostede for os 400.000 rp (200 kr) pr. person incl mad. Han var hurtig til at sige ja, så måske skulle vi have presset lidt mere. Transport til Lovina, her brugte vi www.ladydrivertourubud.com billigt og søde mennesker. De viste os øen på vores flyttedage. Templer, vandfald og rismarker. However, because the room didn’t have mosquito repellent, I got lots of mosquito bites while I was sleeping and taking shower every night although cleaning staff applied spray in our room to kill mosquitoes after first night.
