Just back from a week's stay at the Royal Santrian and it was fabulous! Our villa was huge, and the outdoor sitting area and private pool just made it perfect. Cannot fault the resort for anything, the staff were all very friendly, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction every day. The food was first class, we ate there all the time it was so good! A very peaceful and relaxing location, ideal for couples. Had a lovely massage at the Spa too.

We loved our 4 night stay at Maya Ubud! The hotel is secluded, in the middle of the jungle, and has 2 amazing infinity pools. The staff is super nice and helpful. Great spa in an incredible setting with very good treatments. The rooms are average though and the condition of the furniture not great.

Can’t rate highly enough, Each and every member (Particularly Ria, Darmavan) always greeted with a smile. Staff were always happy to help and always went the extra mile. If I had to say something negative it’s at the end of the strip but there’s plenty of taxis available and wasn’t a huge problem. Customer service was just amazing.
