Amazing honeymoon suite! Everything was perfect and the staff are so friendly and work so hard. In the main food was good, although not always as hot as we would have liked, this may be personal preference, however it’s easier to allow food to cool than reheat. Lack of atmosphere at night.. needed music in bar area.

Overall pretty good

Overall, this is a good resort in a beautiful beachfront location, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Check-in was great, and there are plenty of comfortable chairs around the pool and beach. The resort also has several restaurants on-site, although the prices are much higher than other places in Bali. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing for a hotel that is positioned as a luxury resort. When I arrived in my room, there were brown marks on the toilet that I had to wipe off myself, the floor was extremely dusty, and I also noticed a stain on the bedding. I also experienced cleanliness issues at breakfast—I picked up two different plates, and both were dirty. Overall, it’s a good resort with a beautiful location and wonderful staff. However, given the cleanliness issues, consider some of the other resorts nearby.

The staff were amazing and the hotel grounds were beautiful. However, the hotel is a bit ‘tired’ in places - my daughters’ room had a hairdryer that looked at least 10 years old and cut out after a couple of minutes drying and there were some areas that looked a little ‘tatty’ for a 5 star resort. We had to request that my daughters were given a new room as they had to have the room fumigated for bug infestations for 3 days in a row. That being said, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and issues were dealt with immediately.
