Extremely friendly staff, lovely food in the restaurant at very reasonable prices and out of imagination spa experience

10/10 Service. Thank you to the lovely people who work at this hotel. I had heat stroke and had to be taken to hospital by the staff, they stuck with me for hours in the dead of night at the hospital while I received treatment, and then took me back to the hotel. They went above and beyond at every step of the way to look after me. I cannot be thankful enough.

Quick summary: High spec comfortable villa Kitchen outside by the pool perfect for breakfast Extremely helpful staff Definitely consider if you are staying in Seminyak

A very special hotel. Spacious, clean and very comfortable luxury rooms. The staff really are exceptional - warm, friendly, attentive but discreet. Wonderful - I can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent value. Staff always friendly and helpful. Room well thought out, good shower. Plenty of fresh water provided and daily housekeeping.

Don’t think about booking, just book it. It’s without doubt the best 3star accommodation I’ve been to. We travelled with our 15yo and a week wasn’t long enough. From the initial first greeting upon arrival to our final farewell, the entire staff are an absolute dream. Friendly, courteous, genuinely interested in you as a person and not just a guest and nothing is too much trouble. The property is tucked away from the main road so noise isn’t an issue, beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and...

Super nice staff. Perfect dreamed Balinese villa with private swimming pool. Close to hidden gems, beach, busy streets. Hotel recommended with no hesitations.

This is easily the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed.

The most spectacular place and so quiet even though be the hub of things. Gorgeous rice fields to look at while at the infinity pool. Happy friendly staff. Gorgeous room although could do with a few hooks for towels around the sink. amazing seven flower Balinese bath in my room organised at the spa where I also had an amazing facial. Loved every minute and will definitely be back again. Yoga barn right next door an extra bonus!

Excellent venue to relax on the shoreline. Everything is 5* and highly recommended

We are staying at this resort each year for over 20 years now and it is absolutely perfect. Beautiful setting, no high buildings, very roomy beach front with plenty of sun beds, 2 fantastic pools and extraordinary good and friendly service. That's why we come back here during every New Zealand winter.

Artini 2 Cottages are lovely. The cottages are attractive, traditional Bali buildings, so not new, but charming and full of character. They are set in a large secluded garden some way back from the road, so you don't hear the traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Eating breakfast in the poolside restaurant was delightful. It's a great location, easy walking distance from Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace and Pura Taman Sarawasti (water temple). There are many excellent cafes and restaurants...

Amazing, waking up to the rainforest each morning with breakfast on our balcony was the highlight of our holiday. Peaceful perfection! If I didn't live so far away I would be coming back on a yearly basis. This hotel was hands down the best out of our trip, but was the cheapest and lowest stars! Couldn't fault a thing.

The most amazing hotel - every detail was superb. The staff at the hotel are so helpful and Grace ensures your every need is catered for. Would definitely recommend - we only stayed one night and wished it could've been longer.

Room spotless. Staff couldn't do enough for us, waking up in the morning and going on the balcony and seeing the animals was just incredible, would highly recommend

Fantastic stay in this amazing hotel, the room was huge and all the staff were very helpful. The premises also had strict security which was great.

The Lokha is a beautiful hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the staff made me feel at home and at ease. I was really impressed with the standard of food the restaurant provided and the ability to cater to all dietary needs. I would definitely recommend The Lokha as a honeymoon destination or for individuals who are looking for peace and quiet. If you are looking to see a bit of Ubud, the hotel is located on the campuhan ridge which takes you directly to Ubud centre. I cannot thank the...

I just came back from my holiday at Element by Westin Bali Ubud. Lovely and wonderful experience! The check in process at the hotel was quick and simple. They offered me to deliver my suitcase directly to my room when I said I wanted to walk around the hotel. Wow! Breakfast at the Andong Restaurant was another good experience too. When I arrived for the first time for the breakfast, the staff at the restaurant explained me about the food they serve that morning. Yes, their service was as...
