The staff working The Pillars were all superb - particularly Maressa who kindly helped me improve my Dutch language skills. As the other 'front of house' for the hotel they are an absolute credit and I hope are recognised as such. The room was wonderful and we slept well followed up by an extensive range of breakfast choices to set you up for the day. I can recommend the cheese omelette. The location just across from Centraal station was another benefit meaning we had time to explore more Rotterdam before finally catching the train home."
