"Good points - really comfy large bed and duvet, climate control in room was excellent, spacious room, great shower, nice staff, good location for shopping/eating, nice and clean, water dispenser machine at reception. Bad points - view from window was right into an office block being constructed, noise early in the morning from building work close-by, area around hotel was like a building site, noisy street with fast cars going flying up and down."

"I loved this hotel. We stayed 2 nights to see Rotterdam and travel to other locations easily by train (The Hague) and waterboat too (Kinderdijk). I would highly recommend. The staff were so friendly, helpful and kind and the location is opposite a main tram stop (Weena) and close to Rotterdam Centraal station. "This is a semi-automated hotel; staff is generally not in the building. The automation is iffy--the check-out kiosk in the lobby couldn't find our reservation by last name or by reservation number. We finally had to call to check out. On the plus side, the rooms were very clean. On the minus side, there is a large and poorly placed pillar next to the bed, which makes getting in and out of bed a chancier proposition than it should be. The location is excellent--maybe 150 meters from the central train station. Important note: This isn't the hotel's responsibility, but Google Maps will navigate you (even for walking directions) to the parking lot in the *back* of the hotel rather than to the far more convenient *front* of the hotel. "
