I had a lovely stay at WestCord hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I called for an early check in they were able to help me. Only slight issue I had was the room was a little on the cooler side which couldn’t be sorted.

During our stay we never had any issues over availability of parking spaces with all vehicles in clear sight of Reception. Breakfast was substantial and plentiful with lots of warm and cold options. Staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. On the one rainy day during our stay, staff offered us the use of Hotel Umbrellas. We never heard anyone in neighbouring rooms as the sound insulation was excellent.

Room very clean and comfy bed. I did not like the courtains, the were not dark to sleep in a nice way. I understand Netherlands they don't use them but I can not sleep in a bright environment. Also, the pressure of the shower was a bit low. Breakfast was amazing with nuts and good choise.

The inside is well-kept and stylish. Especially the lobby, including its seating and dinning areas, are large and inviting. The room's Ikea furniture is incredibly practical and well thought-through, like the Bluetooth ceiling speakers. The Sauna and workout room on the fifth floor offered a nice view and spacious relaxation/fitness space.

A superb hotel that we have stayed at many times. The hotel is ideally situated to explore all that Delft has to offer and beyond! Delft railway station is about a 20 minute walk should you wish to explore further afield.
