Beech Tree Cottage is a delightful holiday home located in the pretty village of Kingsdown on the East Kent coast and is the perfect choice for a family holiday or friends’ get-together. Lovingly decorated and furnished by the owners, the cottage contains some charming features. The long pebble garden offers a fabulous place to relax and enjoy sunny days, whilst the wood burner in the sitting room ensures a cosy place during cooler days. Inside the cottage you will find a lovely open plan sitting/dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. Upstairs are a Kingsize bedroom, and a Twin room and the first floor leads up to the loft room accessed via ladder style stairs where a hatch reveals a further Double bedroom. Kingsdown is a charming village with a local store and post office, a butcher, and friendly pub. The beach is a few minutes’ walk away, where you will find The Zetland Arms, a lovely beach front pub that looks out onto the white cliffs. From the cottage you can walk along the coastal path to Deal and Walmer in one direction and St Margaret’s Bay and Dover in the other, so plenty of things to do, places to explore and history in which to immerse yourself.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
