It was clean, however the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The 2nd bedroom was tiny, it advertised 2 x single beds but they are caravan single beds not normal size single beds. There is not even a gap to walk between them. Our daughter was so claustrophobic that she slept on the couch. There is no phone service, and although the listing says it has wifi, you need to pay extra for this and it does not reach the cabin. This would be fine except for the fact that the welcome pack is “online” so while I managed to get details to check in (while we had service elsewhere) , we were unable to check it for the departure instructions, where in the small print you are charged a fifty pound cleaning fee if you dont strip the beds for them. There was also food left in the freezer from previous guests.
