"We generally stay at premium hotels but tried this place based on reviews. Drove for 2 hours from EDI to this property. The owner/manager greeted us and asked about dinner plans. Very kind person who guided us about next morning’s breakfast. Being vegetarian, they prepared exhaustive menu based on our dietary preference. Very good hospitality and also imparted valuable information about silver sands beach and ferry to Isle of Sky. Overall an excellent experience!!"

The owner is helpful but the place could do with a little update it's fi e for a night but given the price possibly a little over priced. No disrespect but I think the owner needs some help overall he is friendly and not rude but does have strict rules it's his house so that's fair. The breakfast was good and and was of a high standard"
