Loved the setting, the staff were really really helpful and friendly. Home cooked meals were great value. Night walk was amazing. I have not got a bad word to say about it!

Plan for rain, its the rainforest. Everything about our stay was amazing, from the breathtaking scenery to the staff, who accommodated our needs perfectly. Reccommend the night walk in the rainforest with Kane, so much beautiful nature in the worlds oldest rainforest. Awe inspiring stuff.

Even before we arrived, we were contacted by the girls introducing themselves and asking if there was anything we needed. We arrived at By The Sea at midnight, and from the moment we walked in, we knew we wanted to stay longer.  It is the most friendliest welcoming hotel you can wish to visit. There are so many extras for you to use free of charge, deck chairs, bikes, cool boxes, ice packs, inflatables - I could go on and on but so many things to list. I was travelling with my family and this was the last stop on their holiday so wanted something comfortable near the beach/shops and some quiet and privacy and this ticked all the boxes. Nice helpful family who own the apartments and nothing much more to add apart from it was a really great 5 night stay there

We stayed here in a two bedroom apartment for four nights in early July and found the whole experience to be excellent. The location is fantastic, close to the supermarket and every other shop or restaurant you might need and walking distance from almost everything else (trips to Great Barrier Reef and beach, etc). The apartments are well equipped with everything required and the bathrooms are great. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. All in all, a very successful stay...

Spacious, clean, hot tub, all necessary facilities and more than we expected. Very central in Port Douglas. Check in/out easy.

The hotel is lovely the pool and barbecue area are outstanding. Beds are comfortable everything worked as it should. I will highly recommend!

Nice room; spacious and clean. Good location.

Room was clean, pool areas were clean (pool itself had quite a few leaves etc but the weather was windy and we understand it's difficult to keep on top). Location is fantastic, so close to the main strip for shops, bars and restaurants, but tucked away enough that it's quiet and calm. Reception staff were incredible, friendly and informative. We will 100% stay here again

We stayed in Mantra for a week and loved it. A large well decorated apartment with views over the inlet, so close to shops and restaurants, and great facilities for travellers on the go. Equipped kitchen and washing machine were a welcome surprise. It was very peaceful given the central location, and we received a warm welcome on arrival. Unit had a large bed, double sofa bed, kitchen, dining table, large balcony, jacuzzi bath and shower. Parking was provided free in the underground car park....
