Misinformed first night about me being able to eat in the restuarant . Breakfast was very nice as was evening meal however as tasty as the starter was £22 was steep for what it was comparing to other 4 or 5 star hotels . I would come back its minutes from my work so a good place to chill before hand"

Nice and easy check in, we reserved a space in the car park which was 100 metres away, even after check out we could leave it there until 1:00pm which enabled us to take a short walk to the shopping centre. The room was comfortable and well equipped with ironing board, on return from an event we used the restaurant not arriving until 10:00pm and although it shuts at 10:00pm they were happy to seat us, it’s an Indian restaurant and the food and service was excellent. Quiet street with a few pubs and restaurants around it (can't say we ever heard noise coming from them) Handy for nipping out for a couple but not going far. Easy to get to via tube. We were only here for 1 night but had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the hotel and would return if in the area again. It was close to the station and bus routes,shops restaurants etc. From the warm welcome from the gentleman at the door and efficient and personable reception staff,we found check in was quick and easy . The rooms were clean and well thought out,the towels fluffy and soft and the bed comfortable.

GNH is above and beyond what I expected. Amazing location. Friendly staff. The room was modern and clean. Complementary wifi and a wide range of complementary on demand movies. Lovely rainforest shower. There was even access to a pantry with coffee, teas and cakes. It's right next to the King's Cross tube station and steps away from lots of restaurants and shops. Special mention to Plum + Spilt Milk restaurant, their food was amazing. Must try their namesake, Plum + Spilt Milk dessert.

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place. The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time. 5* Everything was perfect from when we arrived for our hotel stay. Would stay again in the hotel. 3rd time I have been to radio bar during lunch and the service has still not improved. Waited 10 mins to be acknowledged for our drinks order then another 15 mins for this to arrive. Bar staff really need to smile! Such a shame as this reflects on the hotel facilities. Would not stop me re booking the hotel but will be going else where for lunch! Stk in the evening was 5* service
