Hotel Regina
10/10 Excellent
"We had a fantastic week-long stay at Hotel Regina. The staff were all very friendly and kind, the rooms and common areas were very clean and well taken care of, the breakfasts were delicious and had a great selection, and when we had a slight problem with our room we were kindly offered an upgraded room.
There was something wrong with the A/C in our room making the air have a bad smell, but once brought to the staffs attention we were given a free upgrade to a room with the best view available.
The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that the layout is slightly confusing at first, given that the floors are half-floors (there is Floor 1, go up half a flight of stairs and there more Floor 1, go up another half flight of stairs and there is Floor 2, go up another half flight of stairs and there is more Floor 2, and so on). Once we got used to it, it was perfectly fine.
We would highly recommend this hotel."
"This property was very good - the staff very attentive - loved the breakfast dining room - had lots of options. Room was always cleaned and overall it was a really nice stay. Thanks to all. "
"La pasé muy bien en mi estadía. El hotel es muy acogedor. El desayuno tiene mucha variedad. Los empleados son muy cortés.
El único inconveniente es que se escucha todo. "
"The Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful at this location. The rooms are small, but the service and kindness of staff made this trip a lovely stay. We did receive an Expedia VIP perk, and we were very grateful for that!"
"This was our fifth time staying at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Nice amenities, great breakfast. Wonderful beds. Highly recommend to stay here.I’m "
