"As far as nice hotels go I think this is the only option right at the scramble. It’s nice; nothing spectacular. They wouldn’t let my 13&14 yo boys into the pool or gym - not even with me (18 and older only). Not a big complaint but it was primary reason I picked this place. (That could be a selling point for some : ) Coming from Kyoto the yen to yen value difference is pretty big. Very good location for trains and the Shibuya area. Amazing staff. Accommodating and helpful."
