"We arrived late afternoon and were immediately delighted with the location of this property.
Lyn greeted us on arrival and was on hand if needed but was not obtrusive.
Llety is roomy, clean and comfortable and we loved our break here.
We certainly intend to come back."

"This is a really great place to stay. It's literally a stones throw from the beach and a short walk to Criccieth high street. The house is very spacious with a well equipped modern kitchen. The furnishings are tasteful and the bedrooms have plenty of storage. The owner is friendly and helpful and kindly left us a small welcome pack of Welsh goodies. I have no hesitation in recommending it and would be happy to return if it was available."

"Excellent position right on the sea front at Criccieth and we found it easy to find a place to park on the road in front. The exterior of the building is not in the best state.
Inside the apartment was clean and bright with stunning sea views from both the living area and bedroom windows. Provisions were basic and we were only provided with one bath towel each for a 5 night stay, which is not enough.
Unfortunately, we were disturbed by long periods of noise and heavy footsteps from people...
