"The location of this hotel is excellent, at first sight it appears fantastic but it is a little tired. The member of staff who greeted us was a little abrupt which took me a little bit by surprise, when I asked about and whether I needed to book she said yes, but there isn’t many slots left. That felt a little odd as our room included breakfast, we did book breakfast, she then asked if we had stayed before, we hadn’t, so she explained about how to get to the spa. Our room was a little tired but clean and large. The shower/water in this hotel is extremely hot so I would say be a bit careful. In the morning we went down to breakfast, it was buffet style and ok, plenty of seating. The staff were lovely and friendly, couldn’t be more helpful. The spa is basic but nice if you want a quick swim, sauna and steam, then perfect. Overall an ok stay for the money we paid for the centre of Chester."

"Honestly can’t fault it! So close to the airport and the staff were second to none. I normally stay at one of the bigger brands joined to the terminal but I think from now on I’ll stay here as I feel it offers better value for money."
