10/10 Excellent

"Rooms was spot on cleaning. Bar staff and restaurant helpful and guide as needed it . Spa staff was great welcome and explained proper all the facilities as been used . Breakfast welcome staff ready to accommodate you . As food buffet the scrambled eggs was overcooked and big suggestion for the future chef need to use probe and not his hand to see if the food is hot big FOUL AS GUEST SEEING THAT . Small improvements can make the hotel nice destination. Receptionists was really great but will require type of bell sometimes took long to show up . Not a complaint, I understand maybe they have another responsibilities."

"The room we paid for did not resemble the room we got! No Window, dark, dingy and ver, very damp. Damp on the wall between bed & bath/shower. Bed was damp. After a shower in the morning, we left fan on in bathroom to try to clear some of the damp. When we came back at 8pm, towels still soaking, in fact worse than when we left them. Yes we picked a room that cost £85 per night x 3 nights = £247.00, we left on the 2nd morning I.e booked in Sunday night to Wednesday morning, left Tuesday due to the damp conditions of the room, I suspect it was once a store room near the kitchen as it was in the basement. Never again will I trust Expedia or The Royal Bath Hotel."

"We had a really pleasant stay at Laguna Hotel Bournemouth. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and they were always happy to help. The hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms, useful facilities, and free parking, which made the stay even easier. The location is also very convenient, with Bournemouth town centre and the beach within easy reach. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and would happily stay here again."

"Room had frosted windows to hide the view into the central area and dirty flaking exterior paint etc EV chargers very expensive. Breakfast staff not much attention to detail, not keeping things topped up etc. Glass bins emptied early in the morning (contrary to hotels own policies) which was very noisy. Hot tub and pool area were nice though."

"Hotel very central and short walk to the beach. WiFi not strong, we struggle to get a signal. Bed the mattress needs updating but nice shower. Breakfast ok standard English breakfast. Parking very crowded as not hotel exclusive. We spent over 1 hr trying to get a space one day. Overall stay ok."

"A perfectly placed hotel for exploring Bournemouth beaches. The restaurant was nice not huge selection but nice and freshly cooked. Breakfast was a good mix. Staff were fantastic. Especially Holly at front desk- she was so friendly and kind. Gave us tips to get to the best part of a beach nearby saving us loads of time and stress. Helped us get extra pillows for the room. The superior room was really lovely , clean and air conditioned was perfect for heat wave ! Will def stay here again when we return to Bournemouth"
