The property and location were perfect for all ages and enough space to ensure that we never got on top of each other. "Get away from the busy and stressful life and immerse yourself into nature. Walk around the forest enjoying the sounds of birds in the trees, running water and the different wild flowers. Back indoors, relax by the fire and forget the world."

"The place itself is lovely. Fluffy towels and super showers, loads of space. Large enough that the kids and adults were all able to relax and spread out. The games and books were super. We couldn’t find the trampoline or tennis court. The only thing that could have improved our stay would be better communication before arrival. Detailed instructions on how to find the place and how to get in on arrival would have been much appreciated."

"We enjoyed a lovely 12 night stay at the Dairy. It is beautifully furnished with a very comfortable bed and lovely patio. We had amazing weather and enjoyed many days out cycling and visiting National Trust properties as well as the coast. It’s not walking distance to any amenities really but was very peaceful and a great base for sightseeing in a beautiful part of the country."

"This was a very good place for us as it was well located for visiting relatives in East Grinstead. It is easy to find close to the M25 although it is well shielded fom traffic and aircrat noise. The facilities and welcome were excellent and we would certainly recommend it."

"This property met our multigenerational group needs. Plenty of space for everyone. Close proximity to shops and a delightful nature reserve. The property needs a fair bit of repair. Broken floor tiles and fronts coming off cupboards. It didn’t stop us enjoying our stay, but it jarred a bit with me."
