"a very good value for money option for those wanting to stay near glasgow. Reasonable commute by car to the city (1/2 hour or so) - suggest you go the more Country route. Local area isn’t significant, so suggest you eat in the city. Our large room got a lovely sunset, whilst sitting on a large raised couch. Quiet. (though the birds can get noisy for a bit - nothing the property can do about that though). Sheep in the garden ! Recommended."

"Our room was clean, including the bathroom. The only criticism I have is that each day we didn't put our towels on the floor, indicating we were happy to use them again. However, the towels were changed anyway. Breakfast was good and well attended by helpful staff; my only suggestion would be the addition of some fruit besides the fruit compote - perhaps grapefruit or slices of melon. The hotel is also next door to a small retail park, which includes an Asda."
