"The room was clean and functional. I wouldn't say it was over characteristic just a simple hotel room. The room had a bath and a shower which was nice! The breakfast was good; there was always a selection of different foods, from cooked to Continental. The pool was warm; however, the jacuzzi jets weren't on (couldn't work out how to turn them on) but the steam room was lovely and had a pepperminty smell. Overall, lovely and would stay again!"

"Close to airport"

"Late Saturday afternoon, after checking in, we walked our dog in the lovely grounds and decided to stop for a drink before returning to our room. The outside patio tables and the inside bar were piled with dirty glasses and plates. No staff around to clear anything away. One barman coping with customers. We sat outside with our drinks for over half an hour (other guests were also there) and although the barman brought out drinks to another table, nothing got cleared away. Our room was disabled friendly, but accessed by steps and several fire doors (we did not request or need a disabled room, this is just an observation). Although the bedroom doors are fitted with soft closers, they still need a firm pull to fully shut, and the noise from the doors slamming closed was dusturbing during the early hours of the night."
