"We had the suite at the top of the tower and were elated. The room and the view was great. We could see Arthur’s seat and the Castle clearly from our window. The restaurant was great and I had one of the top 3 best desserts I’ve ever had. The bed was comfy, the staff was friendly."

"We stayed for 4 nights in September. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. Parking was plentiful though it's important to register the car rego to avoid fines. The hotel is conveniently situated with a 5 minute walk to a shopping centre with a M&S and a Morrisons for groceries and a variety of other shops. Across from the shopping centre is the Gyle tram stop with a 20 minute ride right into Princes Street. The room was very spacious and comfortable though the air con was rather loud."

"An inauspicious start, we had to wait over two hours to get a room, and then once we were in, the bathroom sink wasn't working properly. But the front desk staff, including Kenneth, Elly and especially, Erin worked above and beyond to rectify the situations. They accepted the problems as their own and got things working properly.
