Lunchtime so busy and quite a wait for order to be taken. Thai chicken dish was inedible, chewy chicken and returned for another dish.
Drinks served punctually.
Definitely a very warm welcome. Room located three flights up.Quite a hike for those of us who don’t take lifts. Room was spacious and beautiful, comfortable bed, coffee machine didn’t work. Breakfast excellent and exceptional service. There’s a tripping hazard at the booths where breakfast is served. I tripped and we saw three others trip too on the step. Please address this health and safety issue. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
