Greatly enjoyed my few days at this lovely, well run hotel. It has a colonial vibe and the staff are very professional and friendly. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the rooms are very well presented. Breakfast is outstandingly good- great variety and lovely atmosphere This is a fully justified four star establishment

Close to the beach.

Could not fault this property at all. We were skeptical that we were not going to be close enough to the old town upon arrival, however the 20 minute walk into town was lovely and we enjoyed our experience much more knowing we could stop into one of many bars on route into the old town. We stayed here over the New Year holiday and had a lovely time. The room was spacious with even a small dining table and chairs. There was a big shower which we prefer to a bath and the bed was big and very comfortable. We will definitely stay again and recommend it to others. The locale is run down but the buses run frequently into the city and the hotel is within walking distance of the Porti Pi shopping centre, which is great.

The hotel was wonderful. It's great location meant there was easy access to the beautiful marina. There was an excellent bus service to nearby Palma Nova, Illetas beach and Palma. A geat base to explore the area but also a lovely pool area for a lazy day in the sun

Decorated beautiful. Super friendly staff. Biggest bed I have ever slept in. Pool was really quiet and it had great facilities. Lots of food places and shops near by, also there is a bus stop just around the corner so getting into palma was super easy. Definitely recommend.

I wondered if the hotel would really look as glam as it did in the photos when booking and was exceptionally happy when we arrived to find it was. very classy-if 14th Century paintings are your thing--and the odd suit of armour- oh and GOLF- Exceptionally comfortable beds -the first bathroom I've ever actually coveted-French brass fittings -nice pool/s (indoor and out) -restaurant expensive if compared to Palma prices (20 minutes by bus -every 1/2 hour out -on the hour back) breakfast buffet excellent. Nice touch in room --a special drawer that housed a collection of glasses -so appropriate one for whiskey/Cava/wine could be used.

The hotel was nice and staff were friendly and patient. The room was clean and good variety of choices for a continental breakfast. The hotel was situated only few minutes away from the beach.Bus stop was also accessinlet in the area. We had a nice stay in the hotel.

A small, friendly, quirky hotel. Beautifully clean and comfortable. Plentiful, varied breakfasts. Close to bars and restaurants on the waterfront. Handy for airport bus. Would highly recommend.

I booked a short break at this hotel as previous reviews were good and I was not disappointed. On checking-in I was told that my wife and I had been upgraded and so we had a suite that looked like it had never been used before. It was smart and roomy and we couldn't believe our luck. During our stay we took breakfast twice; it wasn't cheap but it there was loads of choice and the room was beautiful and light. We also ate by the pool one day which was good. Excellent location overlooking whole port panorama across to the cathedral. Tapas restaurant on-site a great bonus - very popular. Pay extra for the breakfast - outstanding choice & quality. Staff very experienced and courteous. Would love to stay there again.

Fast transfer from airport, EUR20 by taxi. Great location right in the centre - easy 10 minute stroll to Cathedral. Huge choice of restaurants, peaceful bars and shops everywhere, you could eat somewhere different every night. Food ranges from quick tapas and food on the go to fine dining. The hotel is right on the harbour and easy walking distance to the cathedral snd into Palma. Our room was on the 7th floor, amazing view of the whole harbour. The road outside is busy snd some roadworks going on but it didn’t cause a problem. Room was clean, spacious and obviously recently refurbished. Pool and terrace area not huge but could always get a sun bed. Nice bar and food served too. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly english speaking staff. I’d recommend.

Stayed for a couple of nights and the hotel staff were friendly accomdatipn excellent and amenteies first class in such close to proximity to the old town and its restaurants bars and cultural attractions.
