Very comfortable and quiet room even though it was overlooking the pool area. Enormous comfortable bed. Air conditioning was good and easy to control. Bathroom was excellent with walk in shower. Very good hot and cold buffet breakfast.

Room was cleaned daily and faultless. However the rest of the hotel was tired and lacked attention. The staff looked uninterested. The pool was oily and dirty. There was a bad smell of cooked fat and onions coming from either the restaurant or the nearby Burger King.
We expected better and felt our holiday was spoiled. I would like to receive some form of compensation for this. Not impressed at all.

We booked a last minute stay and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind toward our situation. They went out of their way to assure we had everything we needed. The hotel was close to the supermarket and restaurants so we didn't have far to go for whatever we needed. The pool area was nice and not too crowded. Overall I highly recommend.
