Excellent for families, very friendly staff.

Property is set in ideal location . Fab little pool bar with great beer and friendly staff . Great restaurants (2 on site) with excellent food and very welcoming staff. We had studio-has all utensils , big fridge freezer, oven , microwave , toaster ,dishwasher, hob. 2x pools . Few nice bars and lovely restaurant right outside complex. Beach 5 mins away with many bars ,restaurants and entertainment.

Everything from arrival to departure was just perfect especially care  received from hotel staff.

This Hotel is amazing... amazing facilities and overall amazing decor, staff and drinks. Drinks and food can be expensive on site. Only downfall is the distance from nightlife and Playa Las Americas which we were aware of before we booked. On our first day in the hotel we discovered a used hair bobbin / band in our shower room. We considered this a mistake but were taken back by it and expected to be contacted and offered an upgrade. Especially due to my gold status on expedia. This was never the case and we never got our room upgrade... which we were a little dissapointed by as we stayed for 7 nights in total. Maybe next time we stay.

We had a lovely stay here. Plenty of activities for both adults and kids. Staff were polite and friendly. Some nice restaurants nearby We booked a junior suite which was very spacious with beautiful views of the sea
