It had not been cleaned from the previous people, there was rubbish everywhere glass on the floor, no bedding, no toilet roll, blood on the floor, the hot-tub was deflated and empty. We contacted the host who could not resolve the situation, he would also not answer a phone call. It was disgusting and I want a full refund."
